PROFESSIONALS REFERRALS
Want to refer a young person aged 8-16 years?
Professionals can refer young people to our service by completing a referral form. We accept referrals from police, social care, schools and young people's mental health services. However, we are also open to accepting referrals from third sector organisations. Referrers should ensure young people are between 8-16 years old if referring for holiday clubs or after-school clubs. Young people over 16 can access post-16 support for training and employment, placements, work experience, mentorship and confidence building sessions.

Referrers usually accept financial responsibility for the services delivered to young people, otherwise parents and carers should be encouraged to complete a registration form. Referrers can enquire about costs prior to completing referrals on our book page. Costs need to be approved before referring a child. Our service will charge per school term and review continuation of service at the end of each school term. Referrers can refer without accepting financial responsibility but must ensure that families can afford the cost or enquire of what services parents and carers can access for free. We often have a number of limited funded places, but young people must meet the requirements in order to qualify for funded placements (this is usually holiday club places).
If you are ready to refer, please complete the referral form below or if you have any questions regarding referrals, please contact info@ruoereachandunite.org
